Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s shipped. Please check the shipping status of your orer first. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return policy steps mentioned above.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Sales@duabear.com if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Your satisfaction is most important to us!

You must contact us at sales@duabear.com to get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping back your item(s)

Must complete RMA and include it in the box with your return.

All Return packages must be received within 15 days from the order ship date.

 Refund and credit can only be issued to the credit card used to pay for the order.

 Shipping cost is non-refundable

If your package is returned to us “the shipper” due to incomplete or in incorrect shipping address that was provided by you (the customer), a refund for the shipping cost will not be issued. We will only refund you for the undelivered product.

 RMA will be declined for any return request submitted after 15 days from the order shipping date.

All returns must be in the original shipped condition. Meaning the returned product is not damage, altered , looks in a used condition, missing original tags, missing original packaging or returned in damaged retail box, will be subject to a restocking fee of up 45% depending on the condition of the retuned merchandise.

If your order was qualified for free shipping and you decided to return it, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refunded mount for the return.

Also Dua Bear will not refund any International duties and taxes that are paid the buyers.

When returning a produc, we recommend that you use a shipping method that is trackable, provides proof of delivery and insurance. Dua Bear is not responsible for lost retuened shipments. We cannot issue refunds for merchandise we do not receive.

 You will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days when the return is processed and refunded.
